Delivery
- Nairobi and neighbouring areasWithin 2 hours at most
- Rest of KenyaWithin 24 hours
- Outside KenyaWithin 72 hours
Delivery costs differ by location. We tell you the cost in the WhatsApp chat when we confirm your order.
Returns
- Returns window
- You can return an item within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Item condition
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging with all tags.
- Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund you in full to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
- Return shipping
- You pay the shipping cost of returning an item, unless it arrived damaged or defective.
